Ingredients
- 1 container Season Skinless & Boneless Sardines in Water, No Salt Added (4.25 oz.), drained and rinsed
- 2 large avocados, halved and pit removed
- 1 bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 roma tomato, finely diced
- ⅓ cup frozen corn
- 1 green onion, diced
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. cayenne powder
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Mash the sardines with a fork. Mix together the rest of the ingredients besides the avocado.
- Stuff the salad in the avocado. There will be extra salad that can’t fit into the avocado so you can serve it on the side.
