Ingredients
- 1 piece Season Skinless & Boneless Sardines in Water, No Salt Added (4.25 oz.)
- ⅔ cup avocado oil
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ⅓ cups pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp shallot, minced
- 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
- Kosher Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender except oil
- Slowly add avocado oil until emulsified, about 1 minute
- Store in fridge until ready to serve
